“Zero Kilometer” is a self-portrait that reflects my emotional state after a drone attack on May 3, 2026, while I was accompanying a group of children from Zaporizhzhia to a summer camp in western Ukraine. Although our bus continued the journey after a Shahed drone struck directly across from us, I arrived at the camp feeling neither relief nor fear—only emotional numbness. I tried to remain a calm and reliable adult for the children, while these photographs reveal what I was experiencing inside.
